LC Waikiki brand enters to Croatian market

The Turkish based retailer is coming to Croatia, with plans to open its first store in Arena Center in Zagreb in mid-May. The company began its search for new employees at the beginning of the year ahead of its decision to set up stores in the capital as well as in Split. LC Waikiki is owned by the Turkish Kucuk and Dizdar families. Mustafa Kucuk is the largest individual shareholder worth $1.1 billion. The company was established in 1988 by the French designer Georges Amouyal with partners LC-Les Copains, becoming LC Waikiki Magazacilik Hizmetleri Ticaret in 1997. LC Waikiki already operates stores in Bosnia and Serbia as well as 43 other countries.
