LC Waikiki has leased 930 sqm of space at the Atrium Reduta shopping center in Warsaw. The opening of the store is scheduled for Friday. JLL, the brand’s exclusive agent for expansion in Poland, represented the tenant during the negotiation process. Atrium Reduta is located in close proximity to Aleje Jerozolimskie and offers more than 27,000 sqm of space in nearly 140 stores, and services units including a laundry, a pharmacy, a travel agency, a hairdressers and a car wash. The center’s key tenants include Carrefour, Cropp, Duka, Ecco, Starbucks, RTV Euro AGD, H&M, HEBE, Home & You, House, KappAhl, Mohito, Orsay, Reserved, Rossmann, Sephora, Sinsay, Swiss and Tchibo.
