Miami-based homebuilder Lennar Corp. has picked up a 130.3-acre tract of land for a future residential development site in Hialeah for $41 million. Trading for just under $315,385 per acre the plot is located west of Interstate 75 on the north side of Northwest 154th Street, near the American Dream Miami mega mall site. Currently used for agriculture purposes, the land that has been approved by Hialeah would allow for the construction of up to 929 homes on the property with up to 34 acres of lake.
