Lidl has leased 2,017 sqm at Homepark Targowek in Warsaw. The German discount retailer will replace a Piotr i Pawel supermarket. Currently, design work is underway. The owner of the Homepark retail park chain is Pradera European Retail Parks. During lease negotiations with Lidl, the owner was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Homepark retail parks are property managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
