Lidl is planning to open more than 10 stores on the Romanian market this year, company representatives announced. The German discount supermarket chain currently operates nearly 200 stores around the country. It first entered the Romanian market in 2011, when it took over 100 Plus locations. The chain has stores in all the major regions of the country.
