Liebrecht & wooD Group is remodeling West Park, its prime retail park located in the western part of Bucharest. This is being accompanied by a new marketing campaign for West Park that began in April following the introduction of the project’s brand new visual identification. It unifies all stores available in the scheme under a new logotype – now backlit and more visible from the adjacent highway. One of the big box units – Unit 3 totaling 4,228 sqm GLA – has been completely renovated in order to house a multi-brand Domo store. Opened on Thursday, the scheme offers 1,130 sqm of electronics, home appliancess and sports equipment as well as a 1,050 sqm Casa Convenienza store (to open in May) with design furniture and home decorations from Italy.
Delivered in 2008-2009, West Park is located 20 minutes from central Bucharest. It comprises Fashion House Outlet Centre (20,300 sqm GLA), as well as a Kika store (28,740 sqm GLA), Hornbach (19,960 sqm GLA) and the home decorations store Proges (1,340 sqm GLA). West Park comprises more than 74,500 sqm of retail area and parking for 2,150 vehicles.
