The Pallady Fashion House outlet in Bucharest, developed by Liebrecht & wooD in Cernica, opened its doors to buyers on May 27th. The outlet has 62 shops, a children’s play area, restaurants and over 300 parking spaces.
The outlet is over 75 percent rented. Among the brands that have stores here are Puma, Killtec, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Triumph, Otter, Sizeer, Ecco, Colin’s, US Polo Assn, United Colors of Benetton or Marco O ‘ Polo.
The investment in the Fashion House Pallady outlet amounts to EUR 25 million.
