Liebrecht & wooD is scheduled to break ground on a new retail outlet center in Cernica, near Bucharest, in the third quarter of next year. The center will go up on a 60 ha plot. The company first unveiled its plans in 2015, saying at the time that the investment would total €110m. The project will be Liebrecht & wooD’s second retail outlet center in Romania, following the opening of Fashion Outlet Center in Bucharest’s Militari neighborhood. Liebrecht & wooD said the new center will offer a different concept.
