The Lincoln Park retail center in Delray Beach has been sold to Pineapple Grove Association, LLC, an entity managed by Craig Romer and Bob Dockerty, for $12.8 million. The 40,747-sqf shopping center is located on West Atlantic Ave. and sold for a little over $315 per sqf. The center, which includes five acres of land, was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale with a mix of retail, professional and medical tenants. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Lincoln Park LLC, (an entity controlled by Michael Janoura of Janoura Realty & Management), which acquired the property in 1999 for $2.9 million.
