An affiliate of TriStar Capital and RFR has purchased two retail condos on South Beach’s famed Lincoln Road for a staggering $6,565 per square foot. Located in the Lauren Building at 918 and 920 Lincoln Road, the property currently houses Lincoln Road Travel Wear and 920 Grill. The 2,812 square feet of retail space was financed with a $13.88 million mortgage provided by C1 Bank. The seller was Lauren Investment Corp.
