Jamestown Properties has selected Lincoln Property Company Southeast to manage a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers. The properties include the Parkaire Landing Shopping Center in Marietta, Georgia; Doral Commons in Doral, Florida; Village Commons in West Palm Beach, Florida; Country Club Plaza in Miami; and Polo Club Shoppes in Boca Raton, Florida. Parkaire Landing is anchored by a Kroger grocery, while the other four shopping centers are anchored by Publix. Each retail asset has a large mix of tenants, including fitness, medical, retail, dining and service providers.
“Each of these shopping centers serves a particularly desirable and affluent area, presenting a unique opportunity to manage a dominant neighborhood shopping center with a diverse tenant mix and a highly attractive financial profile,” said Lincoln’s vice president, Shane Froman.
