The governor of Łódź, Hanna Zdanowska, said the city will continue looking for new investors for the Brama Miasta project after LDZ Brama walked away from negotiations this week. “We plan to launch a new tender for this important plot in the center of Łódź,” she said, pointing out that the land attracted a substantial group of investors during the first bid. “This interest is expected to grow, as investors can see that steps have already been taken by the city to move forward with this significant investment, including the revitalization of Łódź’s Fabryczna railway station and the EC1 project.”
Zdanowska said the plot is considered a top real estate target for investors around the country, but market watchers point out that the PLN 40m asking price does not reflect current market conditions.
