A year ago, the Polish fashion retailer LPP inaugurated a 22,000 sq m distribution center in the WDP logistics park in Ștefăneștii de Jos, and recently, the company signed a pre-lease with WDP for another 22,000 sq m, for a period for 9 years, which leads to doubling its storage capacity in Romania. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International. The new warehouse is to be built following an investment of over 13 million euros.
