LPP expects a double-digit increase in revenues in the current year. 2021/2022

LPP Group expects double-digit revenue growth y / y in the financial year 2021/2022 (February 2021 – January 2022) and an improvement in the operating margin compared to the current year 2019/2020, the company said.

“The Group expects that in the financial year 2021/22 it will achieve double-digit revenue growth y / y, improve the operating margin compared to 2019/20 and maintain a safe liquidity position,” according to its quarterly report.

In Q1. 2021/2022 (February-April 2021) consolidated sales revenues increased by 99.4% yoy and amounted to PLN 2,350.34 million. Revenues from sales in comparable LFL stores in local currencies calculated by the current year. 2020/2021 increased by 74.5%.

Operating margin in Q1 2021/2022 was 3.7% compared to -22.1% a year earlier. In Q1. In 2019/2020, this margin was 3.5%.

LPP manages the fashion brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2001. In the year of 2020/2021 (i.e. February 2020 – January 2021) LPP had PLN 7.85 billion of consolidated revenues.
