LPP opens showroom at Chmielna 25

LHI has secured Poland’s top retailer LPP as a tenant for its Chmielna 25 office project. The fashion retailer took 450 sqm on the project’s second floor, where it will set up a showroom for its brands Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp and Sinsay.

“It’s a highly positive trend for us that the number of fashion retailers opening both showrooms and office is growing, including LPP and Kazar,” says Robert Mandżunowski, CEO of LHI. “This shows that they see the potential of Chmielna street, which has a chance to become a genuine high street for Warsaw.”

The seven-story Chmielna 25 project offers nearly 1,700 sqm of retail space and 3,800 sqm of offices. It’s the second LHI investment on Chmielna street. It also developed the Dom Jabłkowskich scheme on the same street. Chmielna 25 secured a LEED Gold certificate last year.
