LPP, the owner of numerous fashion brands, signed a lease on 1,200 sqm of space in the Supersam retail project, now underway in downtown Katowice. LPP plans to open four stores in the mall: Mohito (250 sqm), Sinsay (260 sqm) and Cropp and House will take 350 sqm each. All four stores will be located at the first floor.
Once completed, the project will offer 21,000 sqm of leasable space in 100 units and service points. In addition to the four LPP stores, the tenant list includes ALDI, Multikino and the fitness club Pure. A 400-space parking garage is also planned for the project, which is owned by Centrum Development and Investments.
