The LUX MED Group has extended its lease contract in the O3 Business Campus managed by EPP in Kraków. The modern office complex is distinguished by numerous pro-environmental solutions, which are a key element of the facility manager’s business strategy and have been implemented out of concern for users and the planet. The total space covered by the contract amounts to almost 2,200 sq m in buildings A and C, which house a dental unit and a medical clinic respectively.
The LUX MED Group is a leader in private healthcare in Poland. It provides comprehensive outpatient, diagnostic, rehabilitation or hospital care to more than 2.5 million patients.
“O3 Business Campus is an easy choice for tenants who, like us, aim to reduce their environmental impact. We are consistently meeting the decarbonisation targets that are embedded in EPP’s business strategy. That is why 100% of the electricity used in the Kraków complex comes from renewable sources. We are also constantly modernising common spaces – we have recently transformed part of the car park into a green zone to serve all users of the building and to green its surroundings. We also take care of appropriate certification, which is a confirmation of the high quality of our complex. The Kraków location boasts a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health-Safety Rating,” comments Maciej Sałata, Senior Leasing Manager at EPP.
The complex consists of three 12-storey class A buildings with a total leasable area of almost 57,000 sqm. Tenants have two car parks at their disposal: an underground and an above-ground car park. The investment is located in the northern part of Krakow, at the junction of Opolska Street and 29 Listopada Avenue. The high standard of the buildings, accompanying green areas and leisure facilities make O3 Business Campus an ideal place to do business in the capital of Malopolska. The complex has a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health-Safety Rating.
