The pan-European investor, M7 Real Estate has made two acquisitions for the recently launched CEREF I fund. The company acquired a portfolio consisting of two retail centers in Hungary whose tenants include Kik Fashion, Deichmann and Drogerie Markt as well as an 11,500 sqm vacant stand alone urban warehouse. In a separate transaction, M7 acquired the Mani Business Centre, a 13,915 sqm multi-tenanted office park in Zagreb. The acquisitions in Croatia and Hungary totalling €14 m and are the company’s first entry into both countries.
