M7 Real Estate grabs German retail portfolio

M7 Real Estate has bought eight German retail properties for its M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners I Fund (EREIP I) from a private owner. The portfolio includes 38,350 sqm of leasable space and with a quartet of grocery stores in smaller German towns, three retail warehouse centers (in Braunschweig , Gelsenkirchen, and Lehrte) and a Hanover shopping center. M7 will be handling the asset management duties of its new properties. In all, the company manages 32 German properties, totaling 383,000 sqm.
