Medallion Home, based in Manatee County, closed on more than $30 million in land purchases in the last 10 days of 2016. The new acquisitions will serve to increase the homebuilder’s inventory by at least 1,000 home sites, as they are made up of a combination of ready to build and ready to develop sites. “We are confident in the future of residential real estate, and the Gulf Coast will continue to be a sought out location for discerning buyers throughout our country,” Medallion Home CEO Carlos Beruff says in a statement.
