Three months after the start of the franchising process, the Maison des Crepes restaurant chain, in partnership with the City Grill Group, is expanding with four new restaurants in Buzau, Bucharest, Ploiesti and Iasi.
Maison des Crepes was opened 5 years ago by Valentin and Ruxandra Strugaru. They plan to open 30 new restaurants over the next 3 years.
“We have signed franchises in Bucharest, Ploiesti, Iasi and we are in advanced discussions in Brasov. We also enjoyed the openings of commercial project developers and / or street owners, who are looking for long-term partnerships that will last over time, regardless of context, ”says Raluca Voicu, consulting partner in the expansion of Maison des Crepes in franchise, in Romania.
