Multi Development signed three new tenants at Forum Radunia, a new retail complex it’s developing in Gdańsk. Mango, Le Coq Sportif and City Sport signed leases totaling more than 2,000 sqm of retail space at the planned mall. The fashion retailer Mango will open its two-level store in the complex in a 1,276 sqm store, while the French brand Le Coq will launch a 90 sqm unit in the project’s ground floor, next to City Sport.
Construction of the four-storey, 62,000 sqm mall is set to begin by the end of the year and take two years to complete. It will offer 200 retail and service units, while the movie theater operator Multikino and the Pure and Jatomi fitness clubs have already agreed to open there as well.
