Marathon Asset Management, the US based fund, has acquired the Bahía Azul retail park in Málaga from Bahía Málaga Desarrollos Integrales for €18.5m. Completed in 2008 across from an Ikea store, the center offers 13,827 sqm of retail space. It’s currently managed by BNP Paribas REIM and features a wide mix of tenants such as Conforama, Schmidt, Prenatal, Mc Donald’s, Visionlab Carrión or Worten.
