MarcPol, the biggest grocery chain in Poland, will take 1,565 sqm in Galeria Zabrze, now underway in the city of Zabrze at the corner of Barbary and Wolności streets. MarcPol and Fitness Pure will anchor the project. Both tenants will move into the shopping mall next year. Once completed, Galeria Zabrze will add 9,000 sqm of commercial real estate to the local market, 7,000 sqm of which is earmarked for retail.
