Marcus & Millichap has hired David Crotts as a senior associate in the firm’s National Retail Group (NRG) and Institutional Property Advisors. In his new role, Crotts will focus on shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Washington, D.C. metro area. Crotts joins a team of NRG directors: Dean Zang, Mark Taylor, and Derrick Dougherty. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David Crotts worked as a director of capital markets with CBRE, focusing on shopping center transactions. Crotts holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
