Martes Sport, Jysk and Rossmann have leased a total of 2,565 at the Kasztelania retail park, currently under construction in Chrzanów. Martes Sport took 910 sqm, while Jysk leased 1,240 sqm, and Rossmann signed on for 415 sqm. The retail scheme will offer 14,100 sqm of leasable space as well as car park with 375 spots. The first phase will offer 8,600 sqm of space. The exclusive leasing agent for the project is Cream.
