Marvipol Development purchased from British Automotive Centrum (a related entity) real estate with ownership of the erected buildings for PLN 15 million net, the company said.
The property with an area of approximately 3,500 sqm is located in Warsaw, in the Praga-Południe district and it is expected to carry out a residential investment on the property.
