MAS Real Estate buys six shopping centers from Prime Kapital for EUR 320 million. The shopping centers are Dâmbovița Mall, DN1 Value Centre and the shopping centers in Ploiești, Zălău, Sfântu Gheorghe and Bârlad.
In 2019 MAS Real Estate bought another 9 strip-malls from Prime Kapital for EUR 109 million. MAS Real Estate also owns Militari Shopping Center and Atrium Arad.
Prime Kapital develops in partnership with MAS RE several important projects on the Romanian market. Lately, the developer has expanded into the residential segment, and in the last year has bought land for several apartment projects.
