KLNB Retail has hired Matt Copeland for their Baltimore office. In his new position at KLNB, Copeland will focus on both tenant and landlord representation throughout the greater Baltimore metropolitan marketplace. This includes overseeing the comprehensive real estate requirements for national, regional and local retail tenants including market analysis, site-selection and lease negotiations for expansion or market entry programs. Copeland was formerly at CBRE and previously worked in leasing roles for Emmes Realty and The Cordish Company. Copeland is a member of the International Council for Shopping Centers and NAIOP Maryland. “Matt brings extensive retail real estate experience to our team, maintains deep relationships with retailers, brokers and landlords and is widely respected in our industry,” explained Andy Georgelakos, President of KLNB.
