The Prague-based real estate agency MAX Immo has been nominated for the categories “Investment Transaction of the Year” and “Best Retail Power Broker Team”. The award ceremony will be held on November 30th at Marriott Hotel in Prague.

The team has many years of experience in high street leasing and investment transactions and a strong background in shopping centers and asset management. MAX Immo advised Redevco – a pan-European real estate investment management company – on the purchase of the distinctive secession-style building “City Palais” for more than 40 million EUR. The transaction took more than two years and was successfully completed in November this year. City Palais is located at the 28. Října street in Prague’s super prime “Golden Cross” district, where Na Příkopě meets Wenceslas Square. The extraordinary building consists of six floors above ground and two underground floors with a complete floor area of more than 7 000 sqm. MAX Immo is exclusively responsible for the leasing of the building.
The retail transactions managed by MAX Immo in 2017 include, for instance, a boutique in Pařížská street for the world-famous fashion designer Philipp Plein, the leasing of all retail units in the newly renovated Harrachovsky Palace in Jindřišská street and the mediation of a lease for the new market entry “John Reed Fitness” located in the Charles Square Center.
