Construction on Mayland’s new Serenada shopping mall in the city of Katowice is scheduled to start next year, according to Polish media reports. The developer secured the permit for the project this week. The mall is expected to bring 42,000 sqm of new space to the local property market. Serenada, planned for corner of Bora Komorowskiego i Dobrego Pasterza streets, will include 170 and a 1,000-space parking garage.
