MCB Real Estate has picked up a Colonial Heights, Virginia retail center for $9.5 million. The Southpark Shopping Center was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale with national tenants including Ashley Home Furniture, Books-A-Million, Chipotle and Jimmy John’s. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2013, the 71,509 sqf regional center traded for just under $133 per sqf. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, McCormick Realty Limited Partnership.
