The Chartley Park- Landmark Shopping Center in Reisterstown, MD. has been purchased by MD Equities in a $19.9 million deal. The 144,000 sqf retail center changed hands for just over $138 per sqf. Built on 17.2 acres at 1 Chartley Drive and 501 Main Street, the multi-building property was 94 percent leased at the time of the sale with tenants including Brick Bodies, M&T Bank, Family Dollar, Boost Mobile, Citgo, ATI Physical Therapy, and Metro PCS. Greysteel’s retail team, led by Managing Director Gil Neuman represented the seller, Chartley and Landmark Shopping Center LLLP, and procured the buyer.
