Rental revenue from Mega Mall in Bucharest accounted for more than 10 percent of NEPI’s total income in 2016. The commercial center was built in 2015 and offers more than 200 stores on 75,200 sqm. NEPI owns 23 commercial centers of which 16 are in Romania. The group has four centers in Slovakia and one each in Croatia, Serbia and the Czech Republic.
