The investor Menninca Polska is looking for a partner to develop a skycraper project in Warsaw’s Wola district. Talks with the developers are currently underway, with the investor, which is a company owned by Zbigniew Jakubas. The building is envisioned as the first phase of a 75,000 sqm complex that’s to be developed on a plot currently occupied by factories and warehouses. Mennica, which hopes to begin construction in 2013, is also working developing a 278 ha plot in Warsaw’s Żerań district bought for PLN 120m from the Polish car maker FSO. The space should be filled by new office and retail buildings.
