Pompano Atlantic LLC, an affiliate of Coral Gables-based apartment developer Meyers Group, has picked up a development site off Federal Highway in Pompano Beach for $5 million. The 34,375 square foot site is located at the southeast corner of Northeast 4th Street and Northeast 20th Avenue. The city of Pompano Beach has already approved the location for a 8-story, 147-unit apartment complex totaling 163,438 square feet. The approved project, called Atlantic Tower, was designed by RLC Architects.
