Michał Trzaskowski will manage elbfonds Development’s Polish retail assets for Cushman & Wakefield. The portfolio, totaling 67,000 sqm of GLA, includes seven projects, located in Lubin, Poznań, Piekary Śląskie, Piaseczno, Ciechanów, Szczecin and Kutno.
Over the last 11 years, Trzaskowski has worked for CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, King Sturge and redNet Management. Before joining C&W, he was a senior property manager at CBRE.
“As we continue expanding our management portfolio, we have doubled the number of our professional employees within the last 12 months,” said Dorota Skowrońska, head of C&W’s HR division. The company’s portfolio has grown 20 percent over the last 12 months.
