In the first half of 2012, Atrium European Real Estate have net incomes of €3.3m from renting Militari Shopping Center in Bucharest, writes Mediafax press agency.
Gross revenues increased by 9.2 percent from €3.46m to €3.6m, according to Austrian investor’s financial report.
Occupancy rate is in present 97.8 percent compared with 99.1 percent at the end of last year.
Atrium owns in Romania two retail parks in Arad and Constanta.
Also, The fund has properties in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia and Hungary.
Militari Shopping Center, which opened in 2003, covers 51,400 sqm and is located in the Western part of Bucharest.
