Located at 1100 South Miami Avenue in Miami, the 17,500 square feet of ground floor and mezzanine space sold for $650 per square foot. Related Group developed both the condominium and retail space. The property has been pre-leased to Freddo Gelateria, Pizza Tondo, Prime Cigar and Level 1 Restaurant & Lounge. Miami Lakes-based BankUnited provided a $7 million loan to the buyer, a group of South American Investors represented by Miami attorney Alvaro Castillo.
