Millenium bank founder Bogusław Kott has decided to step down as chairman of the board after 23 years in the financial business, though the move does not mean he has retired. Kott’s new role is to be chairman of the Supervisory Board, though there have been reports that he was getting close to leaving the bank entirely. The announcement marks the beginning of the race for the bank’s top job, while the bank’s management said it is considering combining the two roles in the future.
