Mint Investments has come up with a new plan for the expansion of Laugaricio shopping center in Trenčín. Construction of the second phase should get underway in 2017. The project has a valid planning permit for expansion of the existing mall as well as for new retail boxes. The area of the shopping center will double from current 26,000 sqm to 51,000 sqm. Mint Investments also plans to add a DIY to the center to increase traffic to the zone. Laugaricio was completed in 2009 and is fully leased.
