Mirbud will oversee the construction of the Sukcesja shopping and entertainment center in Łódź. The contract is worth more than PLN 266m, according to the Polish builder.
Once completed, Sukcesja will include 121,000 sqm of leasable space in 172 retail, service units and a Helios movie theater offering nine screening rooms. In addition to Helios, other tenants will include Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, Sinsay, Pure Health & Fitness, Home & You, Top Secret, Grycan and the jewelery store Ania Kruk.
Completion is set for September 2014.
