Lee & Associates NYC has hired Mitchell W. Salmon as Executive Managing Director for the firm’s retail and office leasing teams. In addition to leasing, Salmon will participate in asset management and acquisitions for Lee NYC and its affiliates. Prior to joining Lee NYC, he was Managing Director at Garrison Investment Group and spent spent 15 years at Mall Properties, Inc. (now Olshan Properties). Salmon earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University, majoring in Economics and Public Policy and Management. Today, he’s a licensed real estate broker in New York and a member of ICSC. “Mitch’s extensive experience encompasses landlord and tenant representation, commercial sales and leasing, and property acquisition,” points out Joel Herskowitz, COO of Lee NYC. “He has an impressive understanding of local and national markets and we regard him as an outstanding addition to our team.”
