Mitiska REIM, which invests in European retail parks, has acquired its first property in Germany. The Brussels-based company acquired a retail park in Mönchengladbach in a joint venture with the Luxembourg Investment Group. The seller is Kristensen Properties A/S. The purchase price was not disclosed. The retail park offers 10,900 sqm of leasable space as well as 279 parking spots. Rewe and Penny are the park’s anchor tenants. ProjektWERT has been appointed property manager.
