Mitiska Reim bought 11 shopping centers in Romania from Alpha Property Development. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The PeliFilip law firm assisted in the transaction.
The portfolio covers 55,000 sqm and is fully leased. The properties are located in Bucharest, Targu Mures, Campina, Tulcea, Sighetu Marmatiei, Iasi, Deva, Mioveni, Medgidia, Slatina, Caransebes, Pascani and Bacau. Mitiska REIM, headquartered in Brussels, invests in shopping centers across Eastern, Central and Western Europe.
