The Meadows Square Shopping Center in Boynton Beach, FL has changed hands in a $17 million sale. The buyer, Pinecrest-based MMG Equity Partners, paid just under $180 per sqf for the 97,400 sqf retail center at 4701 North Congress Avenue. Built in 1986, the asset is currently 97 percent leased with anchor tenants Presidente Supermarket and Dollar Tree. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged financing to close the acquisition with a $11.4 million mortgage provided by a life insurance company. The seller, an affiliate of New York-based investment manager DRA Advisors, paid $10.75 million in 2014 for the center.
