Model apartment with terrace has opened in the luxury mountain project Harrachov Peaks

After the recent completion of the intimate Harrachov Peaks project, interested parties can now view an exclusive model apartment. The first owners are already taking possession of the luxury units, which are suitable for their own recreational use and as an interesting investment property. The exclusive sale of the project is being handled by Luxent – Exclusive Properties.

The generously designed model apartment with a size of 52.19 sqm and 1 bedroom has a wooden terrace of 28 sqm with a view of the forest and the opposite slopes. The elegant design draws inspiration from minimalist Nordic design and emphasizes the use of natural materials and muted colors. The dominant element is wood, which, in addition to the walls and floors, is also used in the accessories.

The interior space is visually segmented by a custom-designed closet wall with metal elements to create a separate sleeping area with an upholstered bed separated from the lounge area with a blue velvet sofa, kitchen and dining area with brass accents. The anthracite cladding on part of the walls matches the large-format aluminium windows leading onto the spacious terrace and, combined with the luxurious oak flooring from the Valen & Masar studio, creates a cosy atmosphere. The full kitchen is equipped with Beko appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher) and plenty of storage drawers and cupboards. In the vestibule there is a built-in wardrobe, a separate toilet with shower and a storage room of 4.31 m2. The high-standard apartment is equipped with built-in furniture made to measure by Ardem Interiors, while the free-standing furniture was supplied by Diva Homes. The apartment has recuperation and underfloor heating.

“The model apartment beautifully demonstrates the tasteful and comfortable furnishings of a second home in the mountains. Although the luxurious interior is designed with the latest trends in mind, it still respects traditional architecture and blends perfectly with the exterior in the style of the original wooden cottages. At the same time, it shows how, thanks to an imaginatively designed interior build, it is possible to upgrade a 1 + kk unit to approach the advantages of a 2 + kk layout,” describes real estate agent Šárka Tichá from Luxent – Exclusive Properties and adds: “There are still some units available for purchase, which we highly recommend a personal inspection. It will satisfy both those interested in comfortable holiday living in the Krkonoše Mountains and investors with the intention to use the apartment only partially and offer it for profitable rentals in the remaining time.”

In the Harrachov Peaks project, which was awarded in the 12th year of the prestigious Real Estate Project of the Year competition, a total of 16 modern apartments from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with a usable area of 52 to 156 m² have been built. With regard to energy comfort, the new building has been prepared for a photovoltaic power plant. The new owners have at their disposal an equipped fitness room for fitness and strength training and a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.

The location of the popular mountain centre Harrachov with its excellent infrastructure offers a wide range of year-round activities in the beautiful countryside. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing, in summer you can go cycling, trekking or golfing. The town’s amenities on the edge of the Krkonoše National Park include restaurants, shops, sports equipment rental and medical facilities. As far as transport connections are concerned, Prague can be reached in about 2 hours by car. Other mountain locations and sports centres, such as those in the Jizera Mountains or on the Polish side of the Giant Mountains with spa towns, thermal baths and aquaparks, are also easily accessible.
