Austrian furniture retailer Möbelix will be opening a new store in Prague on July 26. The new shop, located on Kolbenova street in Prague 9 Vysočany, will temporarily replace the existing one on the same street, which will undergo a refurbishment. Reopening is scheduled for the first half of next year. Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the new premises. The 1,812 sqm provisional shop will include 3,853 sqm of storage space, which will also serve as a pick-up point for customers. Starting in July, customers will be able to pick up their purchases in Zdiby at a hall owned by P3, where Möbelix leases premises. The furniture retailer is also planning to open a storage area and shop in Pardubice.
