MOL Romania Petroleum Products won 7 of the 13 lots for service spaces concessioned by the National Company for Road Infrastructure Management for arranging gas stations on the sections Nădlac – Sibiu and Piteşti – Bucharest of the A1 highway and Cernavodă – Constanţa on the A2 highway.
Lawyers from Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii were involved in all stages of the concession procedure, including legal advice on the requirements of the award documentation, legal structuring of participation in the tender, preparation and submission of the tender, drafting responses to requests for clarification submitted by the contracting authority, conclusioning the concession contracts.
