Moldova Mall is being converted into commercial and office space. Construction is set to break ground this week and should be completed in the first half of 2015. The former Iasi shopping center will be renamed and offer 14,500 sqm of space on six floors, including 11,600 sqm of class A offices. The scheme will include 230 parking spots and a number of green technologies and the investor, Gheorghe Iaciu, hopes to secure a BREEAM Very Good certificate. The investment is valued at €10m.
